Furniture and Equipment Planning (F&E Planning) is a core competency of our firm. Our delivery experience encompasses the full lifecycle, including functional programming, design development, and project procurement services through to construction and commissioning. The program covers comprehensive F&E sourcing across all major clinical and technical categories, including diagnostic imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, operating rooms, sterilization, housekeeping, respiratory, patient handling, and other highly specialized equipment environments. By leveraging B3ST’s national network of prequalified manufacturers and suppliers, ASAP removes the most time consuming and risk heavy elements of traditional procurement. We have developed the most sophisticated and tested surveying process in our industry, ideal for asset assessment. Utilizing mobile device technology, cloud storage, and point-of-entry quality controls, along with two additional backend quality controls, we ensure the most accurate asset survey processes.
